Blanton and Sons is a well-established HVAC & Plumbing company dedicated to delivering top-notch comfort solutions to our valued clients. All roles will assist with heating, cooling, and plumbing duties to include the following requirements and skills.
Requirements
- 1st and 2nd Shifts Available
- Working closely and respectfully with the Installation and Service Teams
- Willing to learn from and teach fellow teammates
- Completing tasks in a timely manner while maintaining jobsite safety and cleanliness
- Rotating weekend “on-call” shifts
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience in residential/light commercial service and installations
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week and rotating weekends
- Must provide own tools and reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Ambitious, outgoing and ready to work – Sky’s the limit!
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record
- EPA Certified Type 2 or Universal (Only for HVAC)
