Plumbing Apprentice

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Plumbing Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you will assist licensed plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems. This is a hands-on position with opportunities for long-term growth, training, and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist journeyman/master plumbers with daily tasks and service calls 
  • Help install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing systems 
  • Prepare and clean job sites before and after work is completed 
  • Use hand and power tools safely and correctly 
  • Learn to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and plumbing codes 
  • Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites 
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean and working condition 
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites 
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally 
  • Complete required training and certifications as needed 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED preferred 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required 
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn 
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks 
  • Punctual, dependable, and respectful to customers and coworkers 
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools is a plus (not required) 
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work well under supervision
