Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Comfort Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will meet with residential customers to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and provide tailored solutions, including new system installations, upgrades, or replacements. Your job is to build trust, educate homeowners, and guide them toward the best comfort solutions for their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess their HVAC needs
- Evaluate existing systems and provide options for replacement, upgrades, or new installations
- Present and explain products, warranties, financing options, and service agreements in a clear, friendly manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Prepare and follow up on estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth job handoffs and satisfied customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Stay current on product knowledge, HVAC trends, rebates, and financing programs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM or field service software
- Represent the company professionally in the field and at industry or community events
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of in-home sales experience preferred (HVAC, windows, roofing, or similar industry)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build trust and connect with customers in a consultative sales approach
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn technical aspects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed (based on customer availability)
Preferred Skills:
- Prior HVAC industry experience
- Familiarity with financing options, rebates, and energy efficiency programs
- Experience using CRM or dispatch/sales platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
